Clean Agent & Dry Chemical Fire Suppression Systems

  • Clean Agent Fire Suppression Systems can be critical for the protection of your business. Get the right fire protection system in place for telecommunication or data processing rooms, and for high-tech medical applications.
  • When it comes to sensitive environments or the involvement of electrical or heavy duty mechanical equipment, water may not always be the best method of suppressing a fire.

INDUSTRIES WE SERVICE

KEY SPECIAL HAZARD FIRE SUPPRESSION REQUIREMENTS

As per Part 6 Section 6.6 of the BC Fire Code and Vancouver Fire Bylaw;

    • This section stats that all work of special fire suppression systems is to be done in conjunction with the referenced applicable standard.
    • This means that the testing, inspection and maintenance of a Fire Suppression system shall be done in conjunction with the appropriate NFPA Standard.

CONSISTENT PROFESSIONALS ON YOUR SIDE

    • Stay compliant. As outlined in Part 6 Section 6.6 of the BC Fire Code and Vancouver Fire Bylaw, a Special Fire Suppression system shall be maintained in accordance with the applicable NFPA Standard and manufacturers requirements.
    • Know the Code. Community Fire Technicians are trained and certified by ASTTBC and stay up to date with ongoing in-house training of codes, standards and manufacturers requirements.
    • We’ll see you at least twice a year. Special Fire Suppression systems require semi-annual Fire Inspections. Our electronic database produces advance notices so we can let you know when your system is up for renewal.
    • Reduce the worry of insurance coverage eligibility. Community Fire electronically documents all services performed at every site including routine maintenance, annual fire inspections and on-going service calls to test and inspect fire equipment.
    • Promote Safety. We demonstrate commitment to a higher standard of protection for your employees or residents by maintaining all your fire and life safety equipment professionally and on-time.
