General Manager

As the General Manager, Eric oversees all day-to-day operations, as well as company development and growth strategies. Eric is certified in Fire Alarm systems, Sprinkler systems, Emergency lighting, Fire extinguishers and Backflow preventers. He holds a diploma in Fire Science Technology from Lambton College and has over 10 years of industry experience as a senior fire alarm technician. 




Service Manager

Paul is our Service Manager and senior technician in charge of co-ordination and support for our Fraser Health branch of inspections and service. Paul is a Registered Fire Protection Technician and has worked in the fire prevention industry for many years in different challenging capacities. 





Glenna provides financial & records management, as well as Human Resources and payroll. She was previously with Community Fire Prevention in a part-time role since 2011, and has recently joined our team full time as Controller. She has extensive experience in bookkeeping in other industries, as well as a background in the non-profit sector.




Service Coordinator

As our Service Coordinator, Leslie’s role is to get approvals for annual inspections and to coordinate our service technicians for both emergency and non-emergency jobs. Leslie has worked in the fire prevention industry for 20 years.




Repairs Coordinator

Haley coordinates repairs needed after annual inspections, and manages the completion of up-to-date reports. She liaises with technicians to ensure repairs are promptly and properly done. Haley has previously worked with Community Fire in other positions from 2011-2014, and has extensive experience in customer care.




Applications Support Specialist

Adam has over 15 years experience in technology and software, as well as two years experience in the fire prevention industry.  His primary role is to streamline and document all areas of our workflow to serve our clients more efficiently. 




Administrative Services Coordinator

Brittany is responsible for the administrative organization behind our service department. Working closely with our service coordinators and accounting department, she ensures all paperwork and reports are prepared properly and efficiently. Brittany holds an Accounting Diploma from BCIT, and has been working in the fire prevention industry for over 2 years.




Billing & Accounts Receivable

Kristina is our skilled accounts receivable clerk, providing timely and accurate processing of customer invoices and the collection of outstanding receivables. Her previous experience in receivables and dispatching made her the perfect fit for our growing team.




Marketing Coordinator

Michelle is Community Fire’s in-house marketing coordinator, in charge of graphic design, media generation and public relations materials including social media. With experience in business marketing, video production, and graphic design, she turns our ideas into reality. 


sam Samantha

Support Coordinator

Samantha works the Service and Repairs Coordinators to assist with scheduling of annual inspections and emergency service calls. She is also responsible for assisting with the creation and scheduling of repair quotations. With previous frontline experience at Community Fire Prevention, Samantha knows the ins and outs of the fire prevention industry. 


Christi Christi


Christi is the first point of contact for Community Fire Prevention. She liaises between departments to create a smooth environment for our staff and customers. With years of customer service experience, she is happy to direct you to the right person for your job.
